Cas Castle in the Mountains
Sitting on the top of a grand vista, "The Crown of the Valley of the Saints" is a castle in the clouds that faces four volcanoes (Irazu, Turrialba, Barva and Poas). This romantic house is built in the early French Renaissance style and is the visitor's safe refuge while experiencing the natural beauty and wildlife of the region.

A country estate (castle) is centrally located in a very safe area, featuring low monthly expenses, nice fresh breezes and no heat and humidity (which is prevalent in the overrated coasts). Spectacular views of the valley and 4 volcanoes can be seen in the distance. A place all up and running and big enough to become your own micro-business for the same (or lower) price that many homes sell for in North America and Europe.
There is huge potential for this private residence - a great place to invest your money in this valley that may soon become Costa Rica's next best place to settle.
This 2 family mansion (or house aside a small bed and breakfast) is located in the middle of a world famous coffee producing region, Los Santos Valley, which includes San Marcos of Tarrazu and Santa Maria de Dota. We are located only 40 minutes south of Cartago and along the InterAmerica Highway. Continuing on the InterAmerica for only two hours takes you to the southern coast near Dominical Beach.
Many Investment Possibilities
Or, if you're an aspiring coffee producer or exporter, this is your perfect home base. Continue developing the property with little investment. Make an exclusive spa, hotel, casino, mountain hideaway, all is possible.
