With extra wide doors, shower with seat and supports in the bathroom, this room is wheelchair accessible and can accommodate our older guests and/or guests with disabilities.
The Emerald Room - Have the best view from both sides on the upstairs! Three twin beds can be arranged to suit your needs (3 separate beds, 1 queen/1 twin, or 1 king bed).
The Ruby Room - One of the upstairs rooms has a queen bed, private bath and plenty of views. Wireless Internet is also accessible in this room.

The middle floor (2nd)
The principal bedroom with two walk-in closets, full bath with tub and shower, the ground floor which has the principal kitchen with the brick wood burning stove/and grill, connected but separate dishwashing room, storage closet, and 1 car garage. These parts are usable and livable (full electricity and water), basically finished, but need to be finished with gypsum ceilings, ceramic, paints and details, etc. This will be happening little by little over the next year.
The open air terrace with lights
This forms the enclosed ‘U’ of the house with open side towards the view, fountain and ranch. This will be closed off in the near future to make a large center living room. Center of the U has the current three guests rooms (all with complete, private baths) and separate entrances Description is above).
There is the small, shared, and completely finished guest kitchen, finished laundry room with washer/dryer/long folding table and large sink for cleaning items. The laundry room just needs to be painted and cabinets installed.
The house contains two water heaters, which can be separately shut off at will. These will probably be solarized in the next few months.
