A stream flows through the rainforest behind the homes offering a soothing and natural landscape feature.

Marisol Design

“Barefoot tropical elegance” can best describe the design theme. It will include natural materials and textures from elements such as rock, wood and palm. The clean outside lines will give a more contemporary feel yet will still be rooted in tropical design. Light material colors used on exterior walls will contrast with darker natural colors used on wood decks, trim and flat clay tiles. The interior design will feature open floor plans with integrated kitchen, living and dining areas all designed for entertaining and taking maximum advantage of the outside environment. All Marisol condos are fully-furnished with custom designed furniture.

Dominical is in the southern Pacific zone of Costa Rica. Located at approximately nine degrees latitude, the weather is tropical. Temperatures do not vary much from month to month (75 to 85 degrees F. year round).

As in other countries in the tropics, there are two predominant seasons. June through November is the winter season. Mornings and early afternoons are sunny, with rain showers occurring in the late afternoons and evenings. Temperatures are generally in the cooler range (still relatively warm) during the winter months. December through May is considered the summer season. Rain may occur from time to time, but the weather is generally dry and warm.
