Swimming Pool:


In addition to the 3 guest suits, there is a beautiful, refreshing swimming pool, sun deck with lounge chairs, as well as a covered rancho complete with table and 4 chairs.




The garden offers an abundance of tropical fruit trees including mango, guanabana, avocado, star fruit, guava, cas, banana and pineapple which are served to guest when in season. 




Located in the hills of San Mateo, just 12 minutes from Highway 27, this hidden gem is surrounded by nature with stunning views of the Pacific Ocean. LeTiriguru Lodge is located 45 minutes drive from Juan Santamaria International Airport.  


Turn-Key Business


The owners are selling the property turn-key including all furnishings, appliances and supplies, as well as the business with its website and bookings.  Trip Advisor has ranked this Bed and Breakfast #1 in the area.  The business has been generating about $2,000.00 month in income, as is.  Having said that, there is room on the property to build 2-3 more cabins and you could easily convert the main house, using the two existing bedrooms as guest accommodations.


San Mateo:


San Mateo is a very, quiet community of about 3,500 inhabitants that takes you back to the ‘real’ Costa Rica where you are surrounded by large cattle ranches and beautiful tropical jungles.


Nearby Activities:

The Carara National Park, which features hiking trails and possibilities for excursions in the countryside, is a 20 minute drive. Activities such as parasailing, zip line and organic coffee plantation tours can also be arranged.

There are many major other tourist attractions within a 30 minute drive from the bed and breakfast including, beaches, national parks, waterfalls, canopy tours, hiking, ATV tours and horse back ridding, just to name a few.

In addition, the new international airport that has been announced and to be located in Orotina will be just 10 minutes away!
