The Villa is located in the Iguanazul Beach Community. The beach town of Tamarindo is located about 30 minutes north. There are many popular surfing beaches in the area. The friendly small community, Playa Junquillal, has a nice park on the beach, a small grocery store, a hardware store, and many fine restaurants & resorts.

The community offers many activities including horseback riding, fishing, snorkeling, surfing, hiking, and beautiful beaches for long walks. The Iguanazul Restaurant, lounge and pool have a beautiful view of the sunset over the Pacific Ocean. This area of Guanacaste is a dry rain forest. The rainy season ends in November with only a trace of rain from December through April. Usually in January, February and March, this area gets the Papagayo Winds that help keep the air dryer and cooler.

You can hear the ocean waves from the villa. Horses frequently graze in the fields around the Villas.

There is a great view of the Pacific Ocean from the second floor balcony.

The 10 Villas share a swimming pool, laundry facilities, covered parking and a covered barbeque area next to the pool.

There is a $300.00 per month fee for security, pool, & yard maintenance.
