I carefully choose this gated subdivision for its paved roads, full services, play grounds, its proximity to Grecia & and the short walking distance to the new mall/Maxi Bodaga and of course for the quality of my Tico neighbors.
The extra cost of the high double lot site was well worth the price for the view, privacy and house design options. This sub-division and house will continue to appreciate in value.
It's steel construction similar to a multi floor office building allows strength, security and flexibility and protection against the unpredictable Costa Rica tremors.
