Costa Rica Real Estate - Playa Junquillal

2 Bedroom 2 1/2 Bath

The lot measures 356.29 m2

Year Built - 2004

The house:

The two bedrooms have private full bathrooms accessible from within, as well as a half bath in the main dining/office area.

Spacious kitchen in the main room

Two terraces on the back, one on second story with gorgeous ocean views from both

Outdoor shower in the garden

The house comes unfurnished.

Grounds:

It's the absolutely perfect home for horse lovers, as it was used to run a beachfront horse tour company in years past:

Storage bodega located outside; it was used for a horse tack room for a business

Adjacent lot is vacant and easily/cheaply rented; it was used for pasturing horses

Driveway/entrance area that could have 2-3 cars comfortably parked - previously used to stage tours for up to ten people furnishings are most likely included, but let me check with the owner on that. I also need to ask when it was built.

The home has telephone and DSL internet connections; supposedly very high-speed fiber optics will be available soon in Junquillal. Water is provided by the ASADA in Paraiso de Santa Cruz, which is extremely reliable and high-quality water. Electric is through CoopeGuanacaste; it's typically running constantly.

Water costs are the same as everywhere in CR - extremely cheap. Local ASADA uses ARESEP prices.
Electric bills depend 100% on use of the air conditioners - both bedrooms have them. I'd estimate $40-50/month if A/C is used very sparingly, but you could easily grow that to $150-200 if people consistently leave the units running all night.
