The fully titled property is located only 1000 meters from playa Bandera beach by road, but actually only 500 meters to the beach "as the crow flies", and so it benefits from nice ocean breezes all the time.
The lot is a small 360.12 meters square, but the house is conveniently located in a way to allow for a newly built bodega (utility shed) in the back as well as a cement patio and there is still plenty of room for a decent sized pool.
