Casa del Mar offers 17 clean,comfortable rooms. Eleven are air conditioned with private bathroom. Six rooms have a sink located in the room, a ceiling fan and share 3 bathrooms. Three of these 6 rooms have a common balcony with a view of the ocean. Some refrigerators are available for rent. Some accommodations face the topical gardens that surround the Jacuzzi area and others overlook the beach. There are hammocks, for reading or just relaxing, plus lounge chairs in the gardens and by the Jacuzzi. In the morning, guests can awaken to the smell of fresh brewed Costa Rican coffee and enjoy a delicious complimentary breakfast.
In addition to the the sightseeing at the canopy tours, waterfalls and national parks and preserves, you can enjoy paragliding, horseback riding, hiking, plus some of the best water sports activities in the entire country: surfing, deep sea fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving. The submarine adventure is very exciting; if you go diving or snorkeling at the offshore coral reef, you can find schools of yellow jacks, sardines and manta rays, observe the dolphins, and the nesting of Sea Turtles. A variety of exotic plants and animals can be found along the 5 km beach strip along with a stunning coral reef that lies just offshore. Paddle out in a kayak or take a boat out to Chora Island where you can be alone on your own pink sand beach.

Sámara Beach, in the province of Guanacaste, is one of the most accessible beaches on the northern Pacific coast of Costa Rica. There is a paved highway from San José to Sámara for those who rent a car. It is a long trip, at least 3 1/2 a 4 hours but it will allow you to enjoy the countryside of this beautiful country. Samara Beach is one of the prettiest and safest white sand beach in all of Costa Rica. Located in Guanacaste, in the North of Costa Rica. Samara beach forms a large half moon bay which is shaded by palms and old fig trees. It is famous for its safe and shallow waters, and ideal for swimming and safe for kids. Surfers can find the waves that match their skill level in surrounding beaches. In the bay of Samara, travelers will see Isla Chora, a small island with its own coral reef and primary forest. It is popular for excursions during the day and visitors can find a variety of exotic plants and animals along the beach.
Tropical plant life and living coral encompass Samara's 3-mile (5 km) coastline, and the beach is a favorite among locals, foreigners, and wealthier Ticos- forming a quintessential beach community.
The town of Samara was one of the first beach communities of Costa Rica and has remained a small and peaceful destination. It is easily reachable from all parts of Costa Rica. Among a wide variety of hotels, you will also find supermarkets, restaurants, bars, souvenir shops and a bank.
