Architectural Review Board

In order to protect the integrity of the project, Cabo Caletas has an architectural review board to approve all custom home building plans. This approval will be based upon the Camino Real Covenants and Deed Restrictions which outline set backs (golf course, neighbor, road), exterior materials, roof lines, building height, minimal square footage, maximum square footage, etc.

Designed by McCumber Golf from Jacksonville Florida, this 18 hole Championship, 7,240 yard, par 72, Ocean Course features five dramatic ocean holes with spectacular views of coastline and Playa Caletas. The other 13 holes showcase signature ocean breezes as the course winds through the rolling hills of the jungle.
