Alta Mira is on a ridge, covers approx. 42 hectares and has a magnificent panorama of the Pacific Ocean. From here you can enjoy spectacular sunsets amidst impressive natural surroundings.

Ostional, the small village on the Pacific, together with the Tortuguero National Park, is world renowned when it comes to turtles. Numerous global organizations for wildlife conservation have recognized the importance of these nesting areas for turtles and endeavor to protect these natural “treasures“. The olive ridley is the most prevalent sea turtle here, but the threatened green turtle and the giant leatherback can also be found in Ostional.

 

 

Nosara

 

Nosara is a green oasis on the Pacific coast in the midst of the Guanacaste province. Here you often see more animals, birds, plants and insects than in many National Parks. Nosara has an excellent infrastructure as well, some examples of which are:
